Terms of Service

Welcome to MyLalKitab (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your use of our Lal Kitab Kundali software and learning services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use paid features. For students under 18, a guardian must supervise.
• Maintain accurate registration details and keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
• One person = one account. Sharing login beyond permitted seats is not allowed.

2) Subscriptions, Billing & Access

• Plans (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/etc.) provide access during the plan period. We may change pricing with prior notice on the site/app.
• Access may pause on expiry; your kundali data is not deleted. Access resumes on renewal per current plan rules.
• Payment issues (chargebacks, failed payments) may result in temporary suspension until resolved.

3) Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy large portions of content, automate scraping, or abuse rate limits.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing data. You must have rights to the data you provide.
• Respect privacy and confidentiality when handling others’ birth details.

4) Content & Ownership

• Your Data: Kundali inputs, notes, and exports remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process and display them to provide the Service.
• Our Materials: Software, UI, texts, DB libraries (e.g., Buniyaad, Drishtiyan), and course content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use during your plan.
• Do not resell or publicly distribute our materials without written permission.

5) Educational & Advisory Disclaimer

The Service provides educational information and astrological interpretations for learning and guidance only. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on outputs.

6) Availability & Changes

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and upgrades may occur.
• Features may evolve. We may add, modify, or remove features to improve reliability and learning outcomes.

7) Refunds & Cancellations

Our refund terms are defined in Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew/expire as per selected plan.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the last 3 months of Service.

9) Privacy

Your privacy is important. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and process data.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service anytime; re-activation requires a valid plan.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ludhiana, Punjab (or your preferred city — update as needed).
